Linceus’ unique technology allows the system to be deployed over extensive distances for effective monitoring of oil pipelines. The requirements for securing oil pipelines represent a technical and operational challenge for which the Linceus system provides an outstanding solution.
The Linceus system is designed to include a practically unlimited number of riders with electro-optical and active measure payloads to be deployed along the pipeline in virtual segments which are determined by the user.
The system is remotely controlled from a command center. The EO sensors along the pipeline transmit a live video to the command center, which allows for continuous monitoring of all activities along the pipeline. Sabotage activities can be remotely detected by the Linceus monorail system. The first response features amplified two-way audio communication and non-lethal active countermeasures such as non-tolerated noise, dazzling and other measures.
